Punctuality
Please arrive 30 minutes prior (for surgical procedures) and 5-10 minutes prior (for other dental cases) to your appointment time to check-in and relax before your treatment.
Confirmation of appointments
We will contact you by phone, text or email 48 hours in advance of your appointment for confirmation. Please respond 24 hours in advance of your appointment to confirm or reschedule.
Cancellations
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of service.
